Each raw material that enters the production unit is carefully submitted to a strict arrival inspection. The characteristics of the delivered products are compared to a specification that is set in co-operation with R&D.

Once the components have been approved, the tufting cell comes into play. This is where the person in charge, after he or she has adjusted the machine, carries out a check on the semi-finished product. The quality lab also performs an extra post-check.

The machine is also stopped at regular intervals during production, during which the operator completes further intermediary quality checks.

The semi-finished product is then sent on to the finishing line, where the tufted turf fibres are stuck on with a coating of latex. Optimal anchoring of the tufts is guaranteed thanks to permanent monitoring of the quantity of coating applied and constant supervision of the temperature.

A contact-free measurement system and the latest in rolling systems ensure that the rolls reach the store in mint condition. A sample is taken from each batch and sent to the internal professional quality lab, where the finished product undergoes final testing in line with the most stringent international testing criteria.
